Rico Miller is a critically acclaimed author, dynamic speaker, highly accomplished business executive and pastor. He exemplifies drive, determination and success in the corporate arena, and also as a very successful entrepreneur. He has been recognized for his many business and civic achievements, leadership qualities, and the credentials and many successes he has accrued.
He excels today as founder and Chief Executive Officer of 7 Cords Foundation, a foundation that advocates for youth in technology and STEM, and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Universal Technical Services, Inc., an IT Technology company that provides resources for companies in need of IT solutions.
Although his career has been filled with many highlights, he is most proud of helping others feel empowered. His vast and diverse background, across a number of industries, makes him a highly sought after speaker with an ability to truly inspire, educate and engage individuals and groups, and to deliver transformational insights and strategies in areas such as Extraordinary Leadership, Change Management, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, and Transformational Leadership.
Inspired to give back to share his learnings and experiences, Mr. Miller authored “Undo Ordinary: Keys to Unlocking Your Purpose” to help others learn how to work on their purpose in life. Mr. Miller is also affiliated with several organizations, such as the Morehouse National Society of Leadership and Success, 100 Black Men of DeKalb County, the Atlanta Association of Insurance Professionals, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), and Omega Psi Phi, Inc., among other organizations. He has also dedicated himself to the Georgia Task Force of Human and Sex Trafficking, the Ronald E. McNair Middle School STEM Board, Hosea Feed the Hungry and Homeless, and Habitat for Humanity of Atlanta. He is the founder of Undo Ordinary Global Ministries.
In 2022, Mr. Miller was included in Marquis Who’s Who, recognized for his noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in his field. He has also been recognized with a Superior Service Award from Beta Lambda Lambda and Omega Psi Phi Inc., as well as the Excellent Speaker and Leadership Award through the Susan Collins Foundation, an Above and Beyond Award and a Malcolm Baldridge Award through AT&T. He was featured in Voyage Magazine in 2020. Considering his professional expertise, Mr. Miller aims to be more involved in both ministry and the STEM field which will create a worldwide legacy. One of the initiatives he is currently involved in is to help schools become STEM certified and provide more opportunities in science and technology to minorities.
